Professional with a strong background in aviation engineering, fuel efficiency, and financial planning, currently serving as Fuel Efficiency Engineering Coordinator at Azul Linhas Aéreas, leading operational optimization, transport management, and data‑driven fuel optimization initiatives. Has spearheaded initiatives to optimize fuel consumption and reduce costs, like the APU Zero best practice, leading a team that delivers up to 500 million reais of savings per year. Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Statistics.

SkyBreathe® Product Manager at OpenAirlines.
With a background in aerospace engineering and a specialization in data science, Louis first applied his expertise in the airline industry at Air France before joining OpenAirlines' Science team in 2020. He has since transitioned to product management, bringing his technical depth and operational understanding to shape the analytics capabilities that help airlines optimize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
