Thomas Pellegrin
Asia Pacific Aviation Leader at Deloitte

Thomas leads the air transport industry sector for Deloitte in Asia Pacific. He brings 25 years of experience advising aerospace and aviation clients on matters of operational strategy. Prior to joining Deloitte, Thomas led the International Air Transport Association (IATA)’s advisory practice in Asia.

Thomas holds a PhD in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the US, where his doctoral research focused on the impacts of climate change on commercial aviation. He also holds an MBA from the George Washington University in the US and a Master of Management from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France. He is a licensed private pilot and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

 

Donal Boylan

With over 35 years in aerospace and defence, Boylan has held senior engineering and commercial roles, including founding partner at BCAP, board Vice Chairman at Vietjet Air JSC & Vietjet Qazaqstan, CEO at Bohai Leasing and owner of Avolon.
He has successfully led aircraft leasing companies through major expansions and public listings.

With a Master in Management degree from ESSEC Business School in France and a 25-years background in the Digital Industry in High Tech environments driven by innovation, Stéphane joined OpenAirlines in 2018 to bring his deep experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Till the beginning of 2025, he acted as Chief Revenue Officer and managed to multiply the SkyBreathe® Community by 4, bringing it from 25 to 75 members in 6 years.

Following OpenAirlines' 2024 45 m € fundraising in late 2024, Stéphane is now in charge of the development of strategic partnerships to go along with the company's growth and M&A strategy.As the Aircraft industry faces huge challenges, Stephane’s experience in agile business and ecosystems management methods is key to help customers properly address disruptions processes according to their needs.
