We expected that the pilots would receive a better feedback on their fuel efficicency performance and hoped it would lead to greater overall fuel savings.
Do you have any tips to engage pilots on fuel efficiency?
It’s important to listen to them and understand what information may not be well transmitted or fully understood. In case of any misunderstanding, it’s important to address it quickly. It’s also key to provide positive feedback to encourage them in their journey.
Can you describe your overall experience and relationship with the OpenAirlines team?
We've been partnering with OpenAirlines for a year now. During this time, we have been able to adjust the tool to our need. We have found OpenAirlines to be a good work partner.
