Why did you decide to include the OpenAirlines Academy course in your pilots' journey?
We were looking for a way to involve our flight crews and introduce them to the company's solution. The Academy seemed like the best option for involving pilots and explaining the application, how it works, and how we can benefit from it.
The results have been very positive, especially because we integrated the course into our recurrent training and made it mandatory. I believe this was key to its success, and we received excellent feedback from the flight crews.
Can you describe your overall experience with OpenAirlines Academy?
Our overall experience has been very good. We appreciate the customization options for the training. Now, we're exploring the possibility of integrating the training into our own platform using the content prepared by OpenAirlines.
Can you share tips on engaging pilots in fuel efficiency?
I think the most important thing is to build trust and a positive attitude within the flight crews toward what we are doing.
We need to convince them of the importance of fuel efficiency. From my perspective as a dispatcher, it’s also crucial to show flight crews that the operational flight plans and flight packages we prepare are accurate and reliable, so they can trust them.
What are your results with SkyBreathe® Analytics?
Our results are getting better and better.
We notice that for each best practice we introduce to the flight crew, their is a significant increase in the applicability rate. We’re now focusing on a few specific initiatives and already seeing the benefits.
Can you share a concrete example of the Elite service consulting providing assistance?
When we renewed our agreement with OpenAirlines, we opted for Elite consulting services. We benefit from regular meetings with our Customer Success Manager, during which we discuss our strategies and the next steps we want to take.
