Airbus Captain, Director - System Chef Pilot at JetBlue
**Christopher Lum** is an experienced airline pilot and aviation leader with over 10,000 flight hours. He currently serves as **Director – System Chief Pilot at JetBlue Airways**, where he provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for the airline’s pilot group, ensuring safety and operational excellence. Since joining JetBlue in 2010, he has also served as a **Captain** and **Pilot Recruiter**, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of aviators.

**Olivier Paillot**
General Manager of the Americas region at OpenAirlines.
With a Master's in Mathematics and an Engineering degree from ENAC in Aeronautics and Computer Science, Olivier brings over 20 years of experience in aviation and technology. He has held various leadership roles at OpenAirlines, including Head of Customer Service, Regional Account Director, and Sales Director for the Americas. Currently focused on business development, Olivier works to drive growth and build strong partnerships with airlines, having collaborated with notable clients like AtlasAir, JetBlue, and Air Transat.
